Lucile Le Barillier is the Creative Director of the agency and partner. A graduate of the School of Communication and Arts in London and Sup de Pub Paris, she developed her unique creativity during seven years as an art director specialized in social media and digital activations for the agencies BETC and Mazarine, before starting her own business and then joining JIN. She combines her experience as an art director and designer with a particular interest in social networks.

Au cours de sa carrière, elle a travaillé pour de nombreux grands groupes (Ferrero, Air France, L’Oréal, Group Pernod Ricard, JO2024, Citroën, Groupe Accor, etc.). Ses diverses expériences font d’elle une partenaire polyvalente et aux idées innovantes.
