Guilhaume Jean (31 years old), a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne/ENS Ulm, joins the agency as a Consulting Director, head of the Public Affairs practice. He will bring his expertise in developing influence strategies and supporting executives in their strategic communications to JIN. Previously, Guilhaume advised political leaders in Parliament as a parliamentary assistant, worked as a political advisor to the Mayor of the 5th arrondissement of Paris, and participated in national election campaigns.

He has also supported business leaders in public relations and communications within think tanks, companies (Public Affairs Department of the Groupe ADP), and specialized consulting firms in executive communications and public relations (CLAI and WEMEAN, where he was responsible for creating and managing the Public Affairs offering). He is also a teacher at the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris, a board member of Sciences Po Alumni, and a former President of the Association of Young Lobbyists.
